Booking & Cancellations

To lock in your spot, we ask for a 50% deposit when you book think of it as your VIP pass to fabulous hair.

• Cancel with 48 hours notice or more? No problem, we’ll refund your deposit.

• Cancel within 48 hours? The deposit is non-refundable time is precious, and we want to make sure our stylists’ calendars stay busy.

If it’s your first colour with us or it’s been more than 6 months since your last one we’ll need you to have a quick skin test at least 48 hours in advance. It’s simple, it’s safe, and it means you can enjoy your new look without any nasty surprises.
