Booking & Cancellations
To lock in your spot, we ask for a 50% deposit when you book think of it as your VIP pass to fabulous hair.
Cancel with 48 hours notice or more? No problem, we’ll refund your deposit.
Cancel within 48 hours? The deposit is non-refundable time is precious, and we want to make sure our stylists’ calendars stay busy.

If it’s your first colour with us or it’s been more than 6 months since your last one we’ll need you to have a quick skin test at least 48 hours in advance. It’s simple, it’s safe, and it means you can enjoy your new look without any nasty surprises.
